Our mission is to provide access to authentic Brazilian culture through this unique Forró Festival, a cultural event celebrating Brazilian dance. The Queensland Forró Festival is making history in 2026 as the very first event of its kind in Australia. This inaugural edition brings the authentic spirit of Brazilian culture and forró to Queensland, showcasing international band Trio Dona Zefa along with expert instructors from Brazil and Europe. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of forró music, dance, and culture, complete with engaging dance workshops – a milestone moment for the Australian forró community and a highlight among Brazilian events in Brisbane.
